Beledi Club of Huntsville is proud to announce to the dance
community they will offer a belly dance day August 7, 2010.
The special event will be a 4-hour, one-day workshop that includes
mini-classes to give you an introduction to the World of Bellydance,
followed by Hafla. Come enjoy the games, music, dancing, items
for sale or trade, videos from past events, good food and good
times.

Sunday June 6th, 2010
we performed a demonstration for the Red Hat Society at the Kinesthetic
Cue Dance Studion in Madison, Alabama at 3:00 p.m.
We
performed at Lee High in Huntsville, Alabama, at their April 24, 2010,
Prom at the invitation of the Prom Committee.
The Beledi Club was
invited to perform at The Academy for Academics and Arts annual Fine
Arts Festival Saturday, February 27th, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. The Festival
theme was A Renaissance Faire. Two Beledi club members provided
authentic dance performances along with some instructional
demonstrations. We donated an option of 4 free classes or one private
dance lesson. Also, one of our members donated several hip belts
to the auction.
